Hot and stompy. Take big breaths to cool down.
Jumpy and nervous. Being brave means feeling scared and trying anyway.
Zoomy and wiggly, like waiting for something fun!
Slow and yawny. Your body is asking for a rest.
๐ Here's a secret: there are no "bad" feelings. Feelings are like waves โ they come, and they always pass. The brave thing is to name what you feel. Saying "I feel angry" already helps a little!
