  1. Balloon breaths: breathe in slowly through your nose like you're blowing up a balloon, then let it out s-l-o-w-l-y. Do it 5 times. ๐ŸŽˆ
  2. Count 5 things: look around and name 5 things you can see. It helps your brain feel safe. ๐Ÿ‘€
  3. Squeeze and let go: squeeze your fists tight for 5 seconds, then let them flop loose. ๐Ÿคฒ
  4. Talk it out: tell a grown-up you trust how you feel. You don't have to hold it alone. ๐Ÿ’ฌ
  5. Move your body: jump, dance, or stretch to shake the big feeling out! ๐Ÿ•บ
